Did you know the "Brand" (example, DELL) you purchase provides both the Warranty and Hardware as one? Yes, it is true unfortunately and you must consider the Warranty Specs the same way as you would the Hardware Specs. So, buying “DELL” from us will still not allow us any say what the warranty covers unless an additional purchased Warranty is provided by us on top of “DELL’S” warranty.

Knowing this, we would like to educate our clients on all aspects of your purchase. Check out the types of Warranty’s offered by Brands and their Limitations.

Brand’s Responsibility to Send a Technician to you for repairs only

You would normally get this type of Warranty on Full Systems like Notebooks, Desktops, Servers, etc

Fetch and Repair Warranty

Manufacture Faults, Labour, Parts and Courier to Collect and Return

Brand’s Responsibility to arrange a courier to collect and return the item

You would normally get this type of Warranty on Full Systems like Notebooks, Desktops, Servers, etc

 

After Service for Our Customers

Buying from Weable.co.za does not mean we will pass you to the Brands as soon as you have a Warranty Claim, no. Our After Service comes with each purchase and we will either collect or provide you with all the information to Return the Item for Warranty. Refer to The Warranty Duration Guide for more info.
